Terry Preston Gravely

Terry Preston Gravely, age 71 of Menahga, Minnesota died on October 2, 2023. Terry was born on August 17, 1952 to Dyre and Clara Gravely in Wasco, California. He lived in and graduated from Wasco, CA. After graduation he joined the Air Force. Around 1997 he started working at RDO as a refrigeration mechanic and retired after 26 years. On April 19, 2008 he married Joan Neumayer. Some of Terry’s hobbies included camping during Moondance Jam, tubing the river, rock polishing, watching fireworks, and working in his garage. He loved classic rock and roll. Terry is survived by his wife Joan; daughter Tempest Gravely; sons: Preston Lee Gravely and Daniel Gravely; mother in law Henrietta Neumayer; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild; two sisters: Freda Nash (Grady) of Altair, Texas and Nessa Woodall (Ross) of Alabama; one brother Larren Gravely of Wasco, California; six sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews many out of state relatives and one dear friend, Kimberly Samsa. He is preceded in death by his parents and one son, Terry Schawn Gravely. Casketbearers will be Preston Gravely, Daniel Gravely, Amanda Erickson, Terry Edwards, Phil Neumayer and Anne Neumayer. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery in Park Rapids, MN.
