Olga Marie Wilkowski

Olga Marie Wilkowski, age 87, of Menahga, MN died Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Green Pine Acres Nursing Home in Menahga, MN. Olga was born to Louis and Threasa (Robnik) Mehle on March 21 1930 in Chisholm, MN. Olga was united in marriage to Philip Wilkowski on October 21, 1950. In 1960 they moved from Chisholm to rural Menahga and farmed until Philip’s death on July 3, 1996. Olga retired, sold the farm and bought a home in Menahga where she lived until a few days prior to her death. Olga enjoyed dancing and loved Polka music. She would make tapes from songs on the radio and from old records. She also enjoyed crocheting and made many afghans. Olga is survived by her very special friend Carl Albin and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and one sister. Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Menahga City Cemetery.
