Elsie Marie Stromberg

Elsie Marie Stromberg, age 79, of Brainerd, MN, died on Saturday, December 7, 2013 in Fargo, ND surrounded by her family. Elsie was born to Waino and Lila Kumpula Lindroos on April 30, 1934 in Sebeka, MN Elsie is survived by her three daughters, Darla Rosing and her husband Bruce of Kenai, Alaska; Junell Schaefer and her husband Jim of Lake Park, MN; Nancy Patterson and her husband Patrick of Helena, MT; son Byron Stromberg of Mandan, ND; one sister Joanne Ouellette of Crosby, MN one brother Roger Lindroos and wife Jean of Menahga, MN; and Jerry Stromberg of Brainerd, MN; twelve grandchildren, fourteen great- grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and Lorie Stromberg. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, December 13, 2013 at First English Lutheran Church in Menahga with visitation two hours prior to the service at the church. Pastor Steven A. Bruer will officiate. Mary Hanninen will serve as organist. Active Casketbearers will be Robert Schaefer, Bryce Schaefer, Justin Nelson, Christopher Nelson Brandon Stromberg and Gene Hogate III. Interment will be at Menahga City Cemetery.
